Seedling Cafe opened it's doors in 2014 - with the aim to try our best to serve more than just good coffee and food. We believe there are so many important elements involved in order to provide the tastiest, healthiest, most ethical food and drink possible.

So what are we doing differently?

 

It all starts with our experienced chefs. Inspired by knowledge and creativity, they have created heart-warming recipes based on healthy combinations and tasty originality.

A big effort has been made to ensure we are only serving the most ethically sourced food possible. From initiatives such as using 2nd’s bananas in our banana bread, using only free range chicken , bacon and eggs, grass-fed beef and producing almost no waste food here in our kitchens, we are contributing to the growing number of ethically conscious people here in Melbourne.
And we’re so proud of that!

 

Seedling Cafe strives to serve the healthiest food we can. In 2016 we decided to become 100% gluten free. We also offer paleo, or paleo inspired dishes, and can cater to almost any dietary requirements. Everything on our menu is made fresh to order, we have an à la carte menu available as well as creating fresh vibrant salads daily for our beautiful display cabinet.

 

We also offer a specialised catering service, providing delicious healthy food for corporate functions, board meetings and any other special occasions.
